Would you like to grant someone an exemption to submit an application after the application deadline has expired? You can! Do this by creating a unique application link that you send to the candidate in question.
Start by going to the case.
At the top, there is a button labeled "Late applications".
Click on it!
You can only create a link in a recruitment where the application period has passed.
For recruitments that could only be applied to with an account
If it was only possible to submit an application via a job seeker's account, the candidate you allow to apply late must also have an account.
The link you create can then only be created linked to an email address registered on a job seeker's account.
If the candidate in question does not have an account, they need to create one, or you will have to manually input the person's application if you choose to accept it.
For recruitments that could be applied to without an account
If it was allowed to apply for the position without having a job seeker's account, a link can be created linked to any email address!
Creating the link
When you press "Late applications", you will be taken to a new page where you will create a link to send to the candidate. It is through this link they can submit their application despite the application period being over π€©
Fill in the email address of the person to be granted exemption.
In the dropdown for "Quantity", you fill in how many times the link can be used, meaning how many times the candidate can click on and follow the link.
The last thing you specify is how long the link will be valid.
Don't forget to save!
The link that is created is not sent out automatically; you will need to copy it and manually insert it into a message to the candidate, preferably through one of the events that you have set up in your account which involves sending a message to the candidate π
Removing the link
To remove a link, go to "Late Applications" and press the trash can icon located to the right of the link.
Remember that a deleted link cannot be retrieved, and as a result, the applicant will no longer be able to use it once it's been removed.
