Under the tab “Admin” - “Access overview”, you have the opportunity to get an overview of the rights that your users have. You can do this in three different ways;
To see all the rights a specific user has and through which access group they have these, you search for them on the "Users" tab.
To see all users who have a specific right, and through which access group they have it, you search for the right in question via the "Right" tab.
To see which access groups are linked to which organisational branches, select organisation under the "Organization" tab. Here you can also see which rights exist in the groups and which users belong to the various access groups.
View access via user
In the "Step 1" box, you can select an organisation/unit to see which users are posted and placed on it.
When you select an organisation, the next step opens where you can select users.
Select one or more of these users and click "Show rights".
The result shows a list of which users you have selected and which access group(s) they belong to and which rights they have. Under the "Members" tab, you will find other users who also belong to this access group.
Show access via right
Here you can select the right and then click on "Show user".
Then you will see which users have that right and through which / which access groups they get it.
View access via organisation
Here you select an organisation/unit from the drop-down list and click on "Show rights groups".
Below the drop-down list, you will see a list of all access groups that grant some form of access to the selected organisation.
For each group, the name of the group and any description of the group is displayed.
You can also get all the rights the group has, if the group grants access to more departments and which users belong to this group.
