Under the tab "Application" in the settings for account information, you have the opportunity to set the requirements for work experience and education for your candidates.

Application requirements

Here you choose whether the user who creates the recruitment should be able to make these choices. That is the recruiter must be able to set "Work experience requirements" and "Education requirements".

Here you can choose between:

  • Unavailable: The field will not be visible for the recruiter to fill out.

  • Available/Default: The field will be visible for the recruiter to fill in and the recruiter can change the selection to another

  • Locked: The field is locked and will always be controlled based on the selection made under "Preselection" as described below.

Pre-selection

Furthermore, you can choose which options should be default via the options:

  • Voluntary: Voluntary for the candidate to fill in work experience and/or education when applying.

  • Compulsory: The candidate must complete work experience and/or education.

If you have the setting "Not available" under Application Requirements, the default options will not be displayed when you create the recruitment.

Note that the settings above only apply to the "Apply with account" option, if you choose to allow applications in any other way, these settings will not apply there.

These choices become visible in the ad creator process during the “Application” step. In the example below, "Education requirements" has been configured as "Locked".

Terms and Conditions

Here you can administer your conditional text for consent - i.e. the text that your candidates must approve in order to submit their application to you.

When the text is saved, an automatic check is made on which candidates have accepted the previous version of the text. In the event of a change, candidates who accepted the previous version will not be prompted to accept the terms again, unless they are applying for a new position with you.

Don't forget to save if you make any changes!
