Administer contact persons

A guide to how you create and edit contact persons on your account!

Under the "Contact persons" tab (Admin - Contact persons) you can administer the contact persons entered in the "Ad" step during the ad creation process. You can also create new contact persons here. As a system administrator (full authorisation in the system for the entire organisation), you see all contact persons.

Edit a contact person

To edit a contact:

  1. Click the pencil icon for the contact person you want to change. Then you will find all the information that is posted for the particular contact person you are editing.

  2. Change the desired data.

  3. Then click on "Update"

The contact person is updated and you return to the list of all contact persons.

Create a new contact person

To create a new contact person:

  1. Click on "Create contact person" at the top right of the page.

  2. In the Organisation drop-down list, select the unit to which the contact person should be linked. Contacts are not inherited to sub units/organisations. The contact person will only be selectable in the recruitments published on the unit you select here. Which can lead to the contact person being in the list several times.

  3. Fill in the remaining information

  4. Click "Create".

The contact person will then be created and you will return to the list of all contact persons.
