This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to effectively onboard to and utilize the Visma Status Page at status.visma.com. This page is your essential resource for real-time information on the status and availability of various Visma services.

1. Understanding the Visma Status Page

The Visma Status Page provides transparency regarding the operational status of our products. By following the instructions below, you can receive proactive updates and minimize disruptions to your work.

2. Subscribing for Proactive Updates

To ensure you are immediately notified of any changes, scheduled maintenance, or incidents affecting your essential Visma services, we strongly recommend subscribing to updates.

  1. Access the Status Page: Navigate to status.visma.com.

  2. Locate Subscription Link: Look for a button or link labeled "Subscribe to Updates"

3. Choose Notification Method: You will typically be presented with several options for receiving notifications:

  • Email: Receive email notifications.

    • If selecting Email, enter your email address

4. Confirm Subscription: Follow the confirmation steps, which include copying an OTP sent in a confirmation email sent to the provided address.

  • Confirm your email subscription with a OTP (One time password) provided to your email.

  • Click “Verify OTP and Subscribe”

5. Select Specific Components (Crucial Step):
You will be presented with a list of all Visma services. To begin, click “Select none” to deselect all services in the list..

6. Choose Relevant Services: Only select the services that are critical or relevant to your organization. This prevents notification fatigue. Look for Visma Talent Solutions and check “Visma Recruit.”

7. Final Confirmation:Complete the subscription process by clicking “Save” at the bottom of the page.

3. Interpreting Service Status Indicators

The status page uses clear indicators to communicate the health of each service.

Required Action

Operational

The service is running normally.

No action required.

Degraded Performance

The service is usable but may be slower or have minor functional issues.

Monitor the status page for updates.

Partial Outage

A significant portion of the service or a specific feature is unavailable.

Plan for workarounds or temporary service cessation.

Major Outage

The service is completely unavailable.

Cease using the service until the status changes to Operational.

Maintenance

The service is undergoing scheduled maintenance.

4. Scheduled Maintenance

Visma conducts regular maintenance to improve service quality and security. These events are usually announced in advance on the status page.

  • Always check the status page for upcoming scheduled maintenance events before Date.

  • Notifications for scheduled maintenance are sent via your chosen subscription method.

  • If you have questions about a specific maintenance window, contact the Visma support team.
